How do I register with Mieora?
- Click Sign In/Register at the top right of the website.
- Select Register and enter your details.
- Click Create Account, and you’re all set!
Alternatively, you can register using your Facebook or Google account.
I forgot my login password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email ID, and follow the instructions in the reset link sent to your email.
2. Order-Related
How do I place an order?
- Select your product, size, and color.
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to Place Order.
- Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and complete the order. For assistance, contact us at [insert contact number].
I encountered an error while placing my order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
If your order is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS. If not, please retry or contact us for assistance.
Can I see the product before accepting the courier?
Currently, we do not offer open delivery. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, you can initiate a return request.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You can update the address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us at 9769433881 to make the changes. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
Will the items I ordered be listed on the package?
No, we ensure discreet packaging. However, an invoice with product details will be emailed to you.
3. Delivery
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery times depend on your location. Check the estimated delivery time by entering your pin code on the product page.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to confirm serviceability.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD availability depends on your location and courier partner. Enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is an option.
What happens if I’m not available on the delivery date?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. You can also inform the delivery agent of a convenient time.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
- Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.
- Only size exchanges are allowed, subject to serviceable pin codes.
- Due to hygiene standards, briefs, panties, stick-on bras, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
- Log in to your account and visit the Order Details page.
- Select the item and click Initiate Return/Exchange.
- Choose Pick-Up or Self-Ship and follow the instructions.
Can I exchange a product for a different item?
Exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same product. To exchange for another item, return the product and place a new order.
5. Payments
Is there an additional charge for COD orders?
Yes, a nominal convenience fee of ₹100 is applicable for COD orders. This fee is waived for prepaid orders.
I was charged but my order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
If your order wasn’t successfully placed, the amount will automatically be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
Can I switch my COD order to an online payment?
Yes, contact us for bank details to make the payment. Alternatively, you can cancel the COD order and place a prepaid order.

How do I log in to Mieora?
You can log in using:
- Your registered email address.
- Your mobile number (verified via OTP).
- Social accounts like Google or Facebook.
Can I still log in with a password?
No, login is only available via OTP verification for enhanced security.
